Pasadena Adaptive Sports Program

About This Program

The City of Pasadena's adaptive recreation program offers inclusive sports and activities for youth and adults with disabilities. Programs are adapted for varying ability levels and include recreational sports, fitness, swimming at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, and social activities. Trained staff and volunteer coaches lead all sessions.

What Makes It Great for Families

One of the few citywide adaptive sports pathways in the San Gabriel Valley — built specifically so every Pasadena kid can play, regardless of ability.
