About This Program

Pasadena Gymnastics Center offers a full youth gymnastics program from parent-and-tot tumble classes through competitive team gymnastics. Recreational classes are organized by age and skill level and focus on body awareness, strength, flexibility, and confidence on bars, beam, vault, and floor. Team gymnastics offers a competitive USAG pathway.

What Makes It Great for Families

Strong fundamentals taught by experienced coaches in a dedicated gymnastics facility. A great way for young kids to build coordination, strength, and confidence — with a real competitive option for those who fall in love with the sport.
